- Assistance with QuickBooks setup, including chart of accounts, customer / vendor lists, and categorization of income and expenses
- Preparation of bank reconciliations, general data entry / accounting transactions, and routine consulting as needed
- Periodic check-ins and accounting software consultation to answer your questions and help you keep your books in great shape
- Preparation of vendor / contractor Forms 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC, as well as federal and California withholding (Forms 940, 941, DE 4, DE 6 and DE 9)
- Guidance on setup and management of CalSavers program (for eligible employers) in your accounting software
